Direct Primary Care is a membership-based model where patients pay a flat monthly fee directly to their physician for comprehensive primary care. This eliminates insurance barriers and allows for more personal, accessible healthcare.
2. Do you accept insurance?
No. Gratia DPC operates outside of insurance networks to simplify care and reduce administrative complexity.
3. What does my membership include?
Unlimited visits, direct communication with your doctor, same-day or next-day appointments, preventive care, chronic disease management, and more.
4. Can I still keep my insurance?
Yes. Many members maintain a high-deductible or catastrophic plan for emergencies while using DPC for everyday healthcare.
5. How do I enroll?
Membership enrollment will be available online soon. You’ll be able to complete a simple form and get started right away.
6. Can I cancel my membership?
Yes, memberships can be canceled anytime with 30 days’ notice.
7. Is my blood work covered with my membership?
Blood work is not included in your membership. However, it is available at a discounted price through our clinic. If you have insurance, you may also use it to cover blood work services.
